1 Scrutiny of Accounts 2020-21- Senedd Commission: Consideration of draft report
1.1 The Committee considered and agreed the draft report.
1.2 The Report will be published during the week of 6 December 2022.

5.1 The Committee received a briefing on the Report, which was noted.
6 Introductions, apologies and substitutions
6.1 The Chair welcomed the Members to the public element of the meeting.
6.2 Cefin Campbell MS declared he was an elected Councillor at Carmarthenshire County Council.
7 Papers to Note
7.1 Scrutiny of Accounts 2019-20 – Welsh Government: Response to the Report on the 2019-20 Scrutiny of Accounts
7.1 The paper was noted.
8 COVID-19 and its impact on matters relating to the Public Accounts and Public Administration Committee’s remit: Evidence session with the Welsh Government on local government issues
8.1 Reg Kilpatrick, Director General for Covid Coordination sent apologies due to dealing with the new variant.
8.2 The Committee received evidence from the Welsh Government on COVID-19 and its impact on matters relating to Local Government.
8.3 There were a number of actions which the Chair agreed to write to the Welsh Government with.
9 Motion under Standing Order 17.42 to resolve to exclude the public from the meeting for the following business:
9.1 The Motion was agreed and also included the meeting on 12 January 2022.
